When viewing the listings, there are a few links that you can use to obtain additional information about the property. For instance:

Property Address: If you click on the property address, a new window will launch showing a map of where the property is located. That will make it much easier for you to be able to see where each property is in relationship to other points of interest in the area.

Picture: If you click the property photo, a window will launch that will allow you to view all of the photos that have been included with the listing.

As you look through these properties, please provide as much feedback as possible in general or specific terms so I can start narrowing down our search. 

REMEMBER, properties come on the market and prices change EVERY day, and the better I know what you DO and DO NOT like, the better I can spot properties that will suit you, and draw your attention to them quickly. 

Please also bear with me as I learn more about your likes and dislikes. MOST of these properties will not appeal to you... my goal is to continue to learn about what you DO like so I can continue to refine our search and find your next home.

Without question, the most helpful feature of my MLS search engine is the "YOUR ACCOUNT" feature.

By creating your own search account, you will be able to save your own custom MLS searches.  that way, you can play around with different criteria, and not have to start all over every time you access the MLS search engine.

ALSO, you can choose to have an email automatically sent to you with new listings, as well as changes to existing listings, that meet your search criteria.  You can unsubscribe from that email notification system at any time, and I will CERTAINLY never sell, share, or distribute your email address.
